Our Philosophy

We do everything possible to make sure that our customer's IT needs and requirements have been met, that our customer's expectations in the delivery of our products and services have been satisfied, and that our customers receive value in the services that we deliver. Our philosophy is to provide and deliver the best and most complete IT solution for the customer. There are three key components that set the foundation for our company's philosophy: our vision, our company's core values, and our organization's business approach for the practice of delivering IT solutions.

Forming strategic partnerships
UTSI is a company that is big in knowledge and expertise. Considering our mission in providing complete and full IT solutions to our customers, we know that we need to develop the necessary products and services in-house as well as have access to the products and services from other IT vendors, that we believe would complement the products and services that we currently market and offer to our customer-base. During the last ten years, UTSI has been developing and forming important and strategic alliances and partnerships with other IT Service organizations. In forming these partnerships UTSI's goals are to broaden and enhance its own product and service offerings so that it is able to fully meet all of the IT requirements and needs of its customers.

Building and Developing Turn-key IT Solutions

UTSI's mission is to provide complete and full turn-key IT solutions to its customers. To accomplish this task, UTSI's engineering and professional services teams have been proactive in the following areas:

• Identifying new technologies for networking, software development, server hardware platforms, security, and specific management systems
• Maintaining knowledge on state-of-the-art technologies and their applications to the real world
• Discovering and implementing improvements to existing solutions using current or new products and services
• Fine-tuning UTSI's IT Best Practices and Process Improvement
• Proof-of-Concept testing for the development of new IT solutions, including installation, software & hardware installation and integration efforts, network & system connectivity issues and systems management functional testing plans

Aligning technology with business processes

Aligning IT technologies with a company's business processes will allow companies to operate more efficiently, allow companies to be more focused on the substance of their Strategic IT plans, and also allow companies to develop and acquire new technologies while at the same time reducing overall IT costs.

When engaging in any IT project, UTSI will always examine the customer's business operations to make sure that the IT solution being proposed and designed will be consistent with the organization's daily business operations.
